Return & Refund Policy

All sales of the Sukses MRSM SBP workbook and online tuition classes are final and non-refundable, except for cases where the workbook received is defective or damaged, and qualifies for a replacement.

Eligible conditions for replacement of books include:

• Pages printed upside down, missing, or incomplete
• Blurry or unclear printing
• Torn, stained, or smudged pages from the factory
• Wrong book sent (not the product ordered)

If you receive a book under any of the conditions above, please contact us within 3 working days from the date of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

We will assist you with the replacement process as soon as possible. Please note that we are unable to accept replacement requests after the stated period or if the damage occurred after the product has been used
