LOCAL SHIPPING (WITHIN MALAYSIA)

At Premier Pass Academy, we offer FREE SHIPPING for all local (within Malaysia) delivery, with a minimum purchase of RM100.

Just because shipping is free doesn’t mean it should take a long time. Premier Pass Academy understands that getting your item quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When ordering from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days.

For all orders made before 10 am daily, we will ship the item on the same day (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).

Return

Eligible conditions for replacement of books include:

• Pages printed upside down, missing, or incomplete
• Blurry or unclear printing
• Torn, stained, or smudged pages from the factory
• Wrong book sent (not the product ordered)

If you receive a book under any of the conditions above, please contact us within 3 working days from the date of delivery to arrange for a replacement
